The flowing blood should have warned him
As she laid on the ground, with ruddy lips
He grabbed her, facing up the wind
And he took her away, beyond the Styxx
She opened her eyes, when they passed his door
No tears came from her, only malice
Black as night, she sank into his soul
No tears came from her, only a kiss

Creatures of the night
Lust of the Lost
Lost in the Lust
—
Cold as ice, her flesh devoured him
And in his petrified neck, her nails went down
He understood that she was not who she seemed
And that surely in Hell, she wore the crown
He fell to his knees, the ground turning red
No sound could come out of his mouth
Widened eyes on his decapitated head
And then she ate her fill
—
Creatures of the night
Lust of the Lost
Lost in the Lust
—
Flesh eating woman
Lustful creature, she knows
She knows your darkest thoughts
What you do at night,
She knows your lustful thoughts
Oh Lord
She’s coming for you, slowly, viciously
She knows your lustful thoughts
Oh Lord
—
No man is safe at night
No one is safe at night
—
She comes, for you, at night
Crawling to you, for your soul
She comes with you
Called by your shame, whispering your name
It’s sounds like you’re dead and enthrall far from here
She lies down near to you, eating your brain
Engraving your mind
Called by your shame, whispering your name
The lust has come
—
The demon has come from your mind
Lust, the demon has come from your mind, oh lord
Lust, like the devil came from your dreams
Lust, like the devil came from your fears
Feels like you’re down in a hole
Feels like you’re part of a wall
And it feels like you can’t, you can’t run away from it
Lost your soul, in lust you are down
Lust, the demon has come from your mind
And it feels like you can’t, you can’t run away from it
The lust has come
OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
For some reason, what I previewed and the real songs was somewhat different - maybe because of the cover art?
But I definitely don't regret something more spacial than expected. The recent Ocean drifting in space. frankwurst
